I had a dream once after I watched the Grudge, a year ago (i was 11 now i am 12)and it attacked me but it wouldnt kill me, it made me suffer, and it was very graphic, i woke up and couldnt sleep for 5 days, and i was scared to leave my room or turn the lights of in the dark.

The most scariest dream for me was a few days ago when I was near a shoreline and there was a flashflood of water that scooped us away; the water was warm and inviting to try to give into, but I had 3 kids that I was trying to save. The youngest (around 3 years old) was lost immediately. The other two had been hit in the head with boards and passed out, but I tried to hang on to them and keep them awake, but still trying to save the children I had left. I kept on being pushed by the warm-water flood and the children did not wake up and maybe an hour later was invited by an upside down something or other to join them. I tried to hoist the children on board, but in doing so, they went downriver. A man on the boat grabbed my and and pulled me on board and said "Save yourself". I was pulled aboard, but the children were lost; I wanted to go back to get them but everyone told me that they were dead. I sobbed, but did not try to save them...I bought into the idea. At the next "town", a floating haven, I sold myself for my next drink/meal as I did not think that there was any hope for my future.

Probably not what you are looking for, but is my worst nightmare to date!

Since I was about 11 I have had similar dreams about being still on Earth during the apocalypse, and witnessing the terrible, horrific things people are doing to eachother. In each dream I feel helpless to do anything about it.

Yes being chased by hundreds of playboys centrefolds, sorry wrong dream.

The falling dream, when you hope that you wake up before you hit the ground.

bypass to sleep listening to a superb, relaxing, sluggish music with someone singing in it so that you consentrate on what the fellow says rather of your fears. attempt the music 'Samson' through Regina Spektor or 'The music of the nighttime' from the Phantom of the Opera (movie) soundtrack.
