Completely reorganize public schools.

Stop the american misleading propaganda of being better than anyone else on earth. Big words of military might only alienate and attract the worst element of humanity such as terrorists. Not get involved with other countries disputes like somehow is their own. Stop selling arms to a country one day then warring against them another. Accept that some humility and even accepting weaknesses is better than some star spangled banner waving patriotic wordy denial of the usa being vulnerable and isn't the only good country in the world. There are other good countries out there too.
What america should keep is democracy but don't expect that every country want it forced on them. Showing democracy at it's best in foreign policy is better than enforced freedom with tanks and troops.
Don't keep going for self interests but share and earn political respect with other nations. If other countries did the same we would have a more peaceful and friendly world.
Break out of the bubble many americans live in and realise that many countries do like america but feel cut off by their attitudes and policies. After all it was the nations of the world that made america.

For now, America should just finish up the mess it made with the wars it started.
No, I am not asking for America to rebuild Iraq of Afghanistan, for that would simply be a waste of time. Look at Palestine, America fought for their chance to vote, and they repaid the faith by voting for terrorists.
I am saying that America should simply annexed these conquered lands and distribute them to the nations in the region based on their goodwill with America.

Do you always start questions with a disclaimer? "Don't get you wrong"-if you don't want to seem anti-american then just ask your question without the underlying pretense that you are against america (small cap's) and use your free speech to do so.
As for your question; unlike you it takes people who care to answer a question intelligently and think about it no matter which side they adhere to politically. This country could do better by changing its laws to auto makers about mileage on auto's and emission controls and implementing better public transportation, lessening our dependence on oil and the need to buy it globally.
You could start by taking this forum seriously and not bash on other questions especially when you take them the wrong way.
