No. Just go to a quiet corner and think it over and then come back to the world. Some people find it relaxing to walk and think. Others (authors) find it appropriate to have a small notebook handy in order to jot their thoughts before they forget them. Make your choice and stay in one piece.

I does not matter with whom you imagine you are conversing. You need the idea of an audience because a) thinking is not possible without language, and b) language is a means of communication. Thus, there could be no self-consciousness if there was no idea of an "other" (which is really yourself *once more*... the outward projection of yourself). Communication presupposes an other "like you". Ultimately, everything you say and think that is *not* adapted to your (imaginary) audience is tibi ipsi - i.e., meant "for yourself".

This is your 2-nd person. This is a schizophrenic conversation between your left brain and your right brain. When I say schizophrenic, i don't mean nothing bad at all - our mind is constructed this way - that's all. Our left brain an our right brain are different.
See for example Right Brain vs. Left Brain on funderstanding.com, or search Google, "left brain right brain"
