Postman Pat is too cool for everything, we should all follow his example in life, he has a 'Black and White cat', showing we should all learn to live together in harmony regardless of skin colour.
He gets up 'early in the morning' promoting a hard work ethic.
Also Pats 'feels hes a really happy man', helping us all to appreciate the good we see in life all around us.
And finally everyone 'knows his bright red van', giving us all an example of being neighbourly and getting on with others.

i loved postman pat when i was small, even now i sing along to the theme tune when i hear it or see pat on tv
every since i was small i used to call my gran's postie postman pat, we still call them pat even though it's not always the same guy and they're probably not called pat
so i'd say no! even my gran calls him pat!

I watched him the other morning and I felt kind of cheated that the theme tune was different from when I was a kid but its still great fun better than these annoying new stuff for kids.
