Did anyone else go out into the rediculous rain to try to see some fireworks which shouldn't have even existed here in SA, TX at Randolph AFB? I drove out there in the pouring rain intending on asking someone if they were going to have them...

Did you go, decide to stay home, or go there and wait to see if they were going to get the things lit or not? what happend?

I mean for godsake, what will people go through to see the fireworks??? lol

I think my kids got plenty of excitement coming back with lightening all around the car, and running through puddles with the car real fast.!! lol

I stood on the corner of my street where i could see the horizon of San Antonio and enjoyed the fireworks from all areas of the city. It was ok but i heard the lines at Randolph were insane. Glad the kids had fun

I live in SA and yes, the weather wasn't good last night. Personally, I think fireworks are highly overrated. They are fun to watch occasionally, but I'm not going to go out of my way to see them.

I went on the roof of my apartment in Brooklyn NY and could see all three fireworks displays around Manhattan. Also, could see small fireworks displays all across the horizon in Jersey.
Sorry yours sucked, but ours were amazing.
