The story is necessary for the set up of the question.

One day you go to buy a pepsi from a vending machine. As soon as it comes out of the machine, you hear it scream! You look around to see if anyone else has noticed.... you are lucky, no one has. You leave the storeget in your car, and this pepsi can starts talking to you. Dince you are a non judgemental person, you talk to it like you would any human being, even though it is a pepsi can. Of course he tells you that you cannot open him, or he shall die.

Eventually you become great friends with this can. He is one heck of a guy. You hang out with him in most of your spare time, and tell funny jokes to each other. You have never connected with anyone like this before. And then he tells you the dark secret: If you drink him, you gain the ability to fly for the rest of your life.

Would you drink him to gain the ability to fly?

well, since I hate pepsi, I substituded it for coke... but I would probably not drink him because;

a. he could be lying about the whole flying thing
b. what would you do if he doesnt die when you open him? that would be very awkward.
c. I would lose a great companion and friend.

First off, I would give the Pepsi and myself another hit of Acid or go on a three day binge of "coke" (LMAO NO PUN intended) so that he and I can be on the same psychadelic "level"... then we could get into a really deep conversation about whether or not he feels like he has lived a complete life or not and whether or not he feels like he would feel like it was worth giving up his life for my ability to fly...

But then again, even though I like Pepsi (vs Coke) I think that I would be apt to spare his life cause I don't think I need the ability to fly and wouldn't be interested in having it really... doesn't excite me....

Wonder if Mr. Pepsi wants to be poured all over my body and give me tingles throughout, instead??? That would be a better waste of Pepsi in my opinion....

After numerous times resisting the urge to crush him under my heel for being such a dimwit in revealing that secret to me, I probably wouldn't drink him. Flying isn't going to make my life any better. It'd just be me flying. So I'd not act out of self-centeredness. But I don't know if I could be friends with the dude for a long time after he told me, because there would always be that tiny nagging possibility that I could drink him and fly around. In addition, it's always possible that my nephew could come over while I wasn't home and be thirsty, grab the Pepsi, and then it'd be all over for Mr. Pepsi while my nephew is zipping around up in the air. Then I would regret not having smashed that knucklehead under my heel in the first place.

Course not.

That'd be like killing your best friend in cold blood for a million bucks.

It's unthinkable.

Especially since you could manage his talkshow career and make millions through product endorsements.

Granted, though, you'd only really get work with Pepsi.

Yes, as he said he shall die, if opened, so therefore we could soar above the clouds for all eternity, 2 doves interwoven as one.......
