your limiting factor is probably the density and sharp-ness of your drill's blade :P assuming that it could drill through solid rock under that kind of pressure from being compacted by all of the ground above, I'd say your next limiting factor (aside for the pressure itself, would possibly be heat.)

The limiting factor is the strength of materials in the earth's crust at high temperature, as to how well they can withstand increasing pressure. Once you get deep enough to hit melted rock, you're done.
