i've never heard of this. if you have an inexperienced artist they may have missed a couple spots.

Yes, its like Heidi said. Everyones skin is different, and depending on where you get the tattoo matters also. This is generally a problem with colored inks, as opposed to black ink or the outline.
Ive had several on my upper body with no problems. But when I got one on the back of my calf (one of the most painful spots, by the way) , the tattoo artist said he was pounding alot of color in and i just didnt want to take. So after it healed, I had to come back to get it re-colored.

There are so many different reasons for that.
To perfectly honest I would have to see it to tell you what.
It could be that it is your skin...
it could be that it is your artist wasnt very good....
it could even be the ink itself...
Sometimes after its healed the color looks blotchy in places ...
did you pick at it?
did you get an infection?
did you follow the proper healing recomendations?
SO many answers ... too many questions

they didnt push hard enof. or your skin just may not take ink, also location on the feet it gose away fast
