She's so mellow and friendly towards all people, but she'll nip at other animals that try to befriend her. When a domestic rabbit tries to play with her, she'll nip her. She chased a wild cottontail baby bunny in the garden. Even a gentle-non threatening golden retriever tried to make friends, and she nipped him too (pretty bold)! It's natural for animals to be defensive against creatures they perceive a threat, so why would she only be aggressive towards bunnies and golden retrievers but not people? And a bunny isn't even a natural predator!

Perhaps your guinea pig is reacting so badly to other animals because it's people she interacts with on a regular basis.
Guinea pigs are somewhat like people; they take an aggressive stance against what they don't fully understand, as demonstrated in "Spider-Man" and "X-Men". If what you aim to do is bring in another pet that will work well with your guinea pig, place them in their cages within seeing distance of each other. If you can see your guinea pig's temper cooling off, gradually bring their cages closer together.

Your guinea knows where it stands with humans. With other animals it will be competing for food, living space etc.

Maybe your guinea pig makes friends by leaving them bitemarks.
e.g. guys will leave bitemarks on girls.
