I am actually neither a Republican nor a Democrat...I am a Federalist. I believe in small federal government, individual state rule, and of course, the Constitution.
I will say that I am a Conservative because of the ideology of Conservativisim better matches my own "politics" than Liberalism...although I am pro-choice and a few other quirks...but there's that Federalist coming out in me....
I hope this answers your question.

I'm laughing at the mention above about essentially Republicans being fiscally responsible.

Reaganomics were fiscally responsible? Trickle-down Economics were fiscally responsible? Tax-Cuts in time of war is fiscally responsible? Borrowing against an exploding debt from China, Japan, Venezuela, and a host of other countries and spending the borrowed cash like a college freshman with daddy's credit card is fiscally responsible?

Privatizing social security is fiscally responsible?

Allowing the dollar to get its backside kicked up around its ears by the Chinese yuan is financially responsible?

Quit rehashing Neo-Con lies and face reality.

Pain in the ***?

Lefties are only a pain in the Righties' *** when we consistently and pointedly jam the truth up your backside to get you to pay attention to just how wrong you really, really are.

I am a pragmatist, Independent who has voted for people in both parties. I have never voted for a Republican President, and now I know why! Nixon: Watergate, Pentagon Papers, Reagan, Iran-Contra, Bush Sr, who I actually like but he only got 1 term, and then there is the current president who has failed at everything except making the Rich richer!!

I am a Democrat because the Republican party is against abortion, therefore, against women. That's just one reason why I am a Democrat.

In past years I have become more moderate on some social issues, still a fiscal conservative. The problem is, the lefties are such an annoying, childish pain in the asss.

Moderate Conservative. (Thus, a Republican)

I think most of the U.S. falls under what's considered a moderate stance.

You can call me Jay or you can call me Ray....as it doesn't matter anyway !!!! Its not the title or word given to a human being.....its the person and what they have inside themselves to give to all other human persons in order to make sure a better life is available to every other human person that occupies this planet and is not up to running for office or making a fool of themselves........
