Well, unless I lose my memory overnight, my husband will never be a complete stranger. He did startle me once when he shaved off his mustache and goatee at night after I had gone to bed...I jumped away from him pretty quickly in the morning after I saw him looking so different, lol.

If they are a complete stranger (ie: i never met them before) kick them awake and ask them wtf while being ready to kick butt and dial 911 at the same time. If its some guy I got drunk and slept with wake him up and see if he is still attractive & attracted sober. If not tell him see ya and get going or get him going.

Visit a clinic and get yourself tested. Even if you see condoms, If you don't remember having sex, you won't remember how many times, you might have not used one each time.
