if so, what is the best time of day to ask?

The posting the questions around 5 o'clock sound right... But you have to remember, if more people are on here, more questions are going to be asked...

People may not even get a chance to see your question because so many of them are asked around the busy times of day. Try in the morning, when people are waking up, to around late evening... But this is just a theory.

Depends where you're from and what age group you want answering. I'd say a weekend afternoon ought to be the highest yield. If you want adults, during the week after maybe 6 is probably a fair time.

Yeah, I think I'm the only one awake in iowa right now. The best time would probably be late evening or early night, when people are getting off work.

That sounds logical. Although I don't know what time of day to ask to get the most responses. I have noticed that the later it is, the more Europeans are on here. (Pac. time)

This is INNTERNET man.People from allaround the world is using this , so there is no right time cuz time differs from place to place. SO u can ask any time u want, U WILL GET RESPONCE NO MATTER WHEN EVER U ASK.

I would suggest 5 O'clock, because that is when most people are home from work or school, and you will have the most available people to answer your questions.
