Get the best you can afford from what is offered by your employer or that you can get privatly, you will be glad you have it if something bad happens, it would be hard for me to tell you an exact plan or company to choose since i dont know where you're at, but blue cross has good plans as does united healthcare, just ask what your work offers and if they dont, call a insurance agent
