I have created a collectable that is unique and fits into Coca cola's old time theme, I believe that if they gave me a liscence to produce this item It will have mass appeal to Coca cola collectors all over the world, Ive tried twice to get a liscence and been told that they arent interested in me cause im small potatoes, what should I do now, Ive sold 2 of these items to collectors for $300 a piece to test the market, and they loved it.

Better hope they don't find out you are selling their stuff without a license. If they do, they can get you for the $300 profit you made, and then many thousands more for copyright infringment. I think that you should just call it quits since they have said they don't want you to sell their name on your product. That's the answer, no.
