I could not increase size of font used in message area and I could not justify the text. As such I need the formatting tool bar in compose. Which I found in one of my friend's email account in Yahoo.co.in

In your yahoo mail, click on the Options button, General Preferences.
In composing Emails Mode, select Compose messages as color and graphics
Click the Save button to save ur changes
