Yes, what you speak of is possible, but it is not traveling to the future, any more than we are all traveling to the future right now.
If you were to travel at a very high speed (near the speed of light) and return to earth, you would find the earth and all of it's inhabitants have aged much more than yourself.

no... time is a measure that is man made to discribe a byproduct of distance.... it takes time to exert energy. by moving at high speed u are not traveling faster then time... the place u are goin will age as u travel there as would the place u left... things dont stop aging... just cause u reach a certain speed doesnt mean things will be put on pause and then go in reverse... makes no sense

Not really, to travel into the future would require faster-than-lightspeed. As we learned in high school physics, nothing with mass can travel at or above lightspeed. The energy just to get anything close to lightspeed would require all the energy from a sun-sized star.

We do it today. Astronauts on the space station lose several nano seconds during their 3-6 months orbiting the earth. theoretically this means they traveled a few nano seconds into the future!!! Time slowed for them in comparison to the Earth.

Actually traveling faster than the speed of light. (According to relativity) would render time travel into the past, not the future.
We all travel into the future every second of every day.

it would take a lot of time to travel into the future, if you can travel faster than light speed, then sure, it'll take less, but then you need near-infinite energy to move near-infinite mass...
btw, there are reactions that move faster than light speed, so yes, it MIGHT be done, but VERY unplausible...
actually, time cannot go back for light speed, it wouldn't make sense, why could reactions move faster than light yet go back in time?? it would be that those reactions never existed...

It may be possible for us in the future to gain ultra high speed for travel & go in to the future....But-
If U go in to the future say by 30 years ahead, then ageing process on you will also get speedy.... Hmmm. I dont think you will like to see urself in +30years...
does it make sense?

Why not? But one will need lots of energy to travel so fast.

Yeah, but won't that mess with the aging process?
