my teacher abuses me everyday after school in his car. I am scared,if i'll not co- operate with him he will fail me. He everyday touches my upper body. wht shud i do. i am in very big tension. i am an indian girl,my age is 15,

-k- love, this better be a serious and sincere question. You need to tell your parents, school officials AND the police RIGHT NOW. He cannot fail you. Think about it. If you tell on him, he will lose his job and be sent to prison, so logically this means that he won't be your teacher anymore and therefore cannot fail you. You cannot put up with this. do not merely call the police. Visit the nearest police station and ask them to let you speak to a female counselor. Tell her your story adding that you are afraid of being given bad grades if you resist him. When a teacher plays around with a student it is a serious crime and you must make this guy stop. He will not be teaching there for long if it can be proven that he is sexually abusing you.

Why are you asking this question? The first time he did it you should have flat out refused to ride with him again, told your parents and the counselor at school, and called the police.
If no one believes you, still flat out refuse to ride with him.
And you must decide which is more important to you, having a man touch you in ways that make you uncomfortable, or failing a year. If you prove that he is touching you, he most likely won't be at your school to fail you anyway. He will be fired on the spot.If no one believes you, and won't do anything to stop it, call your local Human Services Dept. and ask for help from them. I'm not sure of what the laws outside of north america say about this subject. But it you live anywhere in the United States of America or Canada, call the police immediately. This is sexual assault and it is against the law! You need to tell the authorities about this. There is someone out there that will help you. What your teacher is doing is WRONG and he needs to be stopped.

Oh my gosh, you need to get out of this, if you can, and you must tell you're parents, i know they will probably be taken aback by this but you must tell them, if you feel you can't, tell a teacher you trust or school counselor, someone, anyone, do something now. Have you tried talking to your parents? If you can not talk to them, there should be someone at social services or child welfare services that you could talk to. You can look for the numbers to these places in your phonebook. I do hope you can speak to your parents. It is very important that you report this abuse. Also I hope you know that this is not your fault. Your teacher is a very sick person that is taking advantage of you. I do not care what nationality you are, nobody deserves that kind of abuse. You should definitely speak to your mother and father. The abuse will continue if you let it, but he can't fail you if you get him fired for sexual abuse. Are you in India? If the laws in India are anything like here in America and if it is reported to the police, he will be forced to resign and possibly face jail time, and you will get a new teacher who I'm sure will be much nicer. Also, please talk to your parents about counseling if you feel you need it to get you through this.

tell your parents, then report to the police so they can arrest him for doing that. why would you allow him to do that without confiding to your parents. do not be scared thinking he will fail you, that is absurd. he should not be in the school, he should be in jail.
