well,,,,what can i say, i have the same situation too..mine is size 28 cup D....but its ok coz i know by the fact that many women want to have a pair of breast just like ours.....its in the genes....

not to be mean or offensive its either genetics or you are fat. flips tend to develop faster. its nothing to be ashamed of but guys will drool over you.
