if you are into astrology, dabbled with the occult or hold to pagan religions..do tarot card..etc.... you probably picked up an evil spirit to taunt you.

What you are describing sounds like Panic/anxiety disorder. You may be having panic attacks. Usually when you feel you are about to die that is the most common symptom of panic attacks. These are pretty common. It means you are under a great deal of stress from something. You need to see a physician to see if there are any health problems causing them, and also see a psychiatrist to get a proper diagnosis. A lot of people are scared of the devil, but if you think about it, he is only succeeding if you don't believe he exists, so he would not attack you directly. Most churches would agree with me on that point, except for fundamentalist red-necks. So go see someone about the panic attacks.

its ur conscience thats playing with you. you feel guilty about doin certain things at the end of the day but dnt realise it for a long time. just work all day long , keep urself busy . dnt think about ur past nightmares before u sleep or dnt think about anythin before u sleep. keep urself busy from morning till night and then just goto bed.
it will help u have no dreams and also u would be so tired that u wudnt have the energy to think about anything!
try it and it should work. do it for a week. keep urself real busy the whole day doing various stuff which will help u in gettin tired by the end of the day. if ur a student then study all day and then later on go out for a jog or somethin and at the end of the day ur body wud be way too tired.
all the best.

This one is very difficult to answer. Not knowing your age it is hard to know exactly what frame of conscious mind you are in. However, a dream is just random pictures that your sub conscious throws into the conscious mind while you sleep. It could be of something you read, or saw, or something someone told you. The conscious mind grabs the pictures and tries to make some sort of order out of them. Hence the dream can jump from one point to another. I use to have terrible nightmares until I learned how to control how I acted in my dreams. Know in your heart that they are just memories/pictures that are hidden in the subconscious and you can never be harmed by them.

Most of the dreams we have are accumulation of images, thoughts , events we lived during the day and our subconcious blends all these things we haven't expressed or faced in a waking state and makes up a scenario with it so we don't blow up with repressed emotions in our daily life . There are very good books about dreams and also their significance. Go to the library and dig in! A psy could also help you identify the cause of these nightmares, but you have to be able to face your fears and trust a specialist...Good luck my love!

listen, were all gonna die,so you can either get busy living, or get busy dieing, remember what you think about expands into your reality,in other words think possitively and your reality will follow, you mite have to meditate on what you want in your life ,decide what will make you happy, what you want to do with your life, make a plan,as far as we know we have one shot at this, surround yourself with possitive people that make you feel good your dreams will fall right in line
listen stay away from medication for panic or deppresion, mold your own mind if you can eat right exercise especially solves a world of chemical and mood imbalances.

dont worry honey....there's a solution.
science says that usually u can cut down the number of nighmares at night by wearing a cozy blanket to keep u warn.
when the tempreature falls in the room , chances of getting nightmares increases.
Try it !

Is something happening in reality that's making you dream of these things? It's a psychological thing. You make yourself think that something's up with you,and you freak out about it.
