I am older ok...33 . I moved next door to her when she was 16. I never had anything to do with her other than a friendly hello now and then. I made friends with her father just to keep things cool. Now she is 20 and is in the middle of a very certain divorce and I am sure she wants me. I know this because I do...understand. My debate is appearances, not the law. If I get with her now it looks as though I may have been getting with her while she was underage even though I wasn't...not that the advances where not made from her. Guys have you ever had to say "NO" to a beautiful girl that lived next door whom would wait until your workout time to get in her bedroom window and undress...I am talking torture. But I am the kind that does not fall in-Love...you know. Any other girl wouldn't have done that. I have kept this door closed for so long I am thinking I should just keep it shut...I am confused and looking for advice from women...I know what the guys will say

Look I have never been anything nice to the family and have honored all aspects of my age to this situation. I made friends with the dad because he is nice. I am an ex-marine and words like respect and charector mean something to me. I am not transfixed I am confused. She married and moved away and now she came home and I have had mine own life since and in-between. I have no intention on doing anyone wrong here...esp. myself.

Why are you so worried about what people think? If the two of you want a relationship,then go for it.The people that are going to talk are going to talk no matter what you do.My advise would be to have a open discussion with your lady friend.Tell her your fears and listen to hers.Then together you can decide the right path.I wish you both the best of luck!♥

she's only 20 and already divorced? DAYUM! But anywho, she is of legal age and consent, so even if her father gets mad, there's nothing he can do about it because you are both consenting adults. If you are really worried about it ruining your reputation, then that is your problem that you need to deal with. Either wait for her to move or you two run away together. You're both adults, and if you want her, and you know she wants you, then go get her! For all you know, she could be your soulmate, the love of your life. There's only one way to find out...

wait so she still lives next to you even though she is married? so does she still live with the family? well, wait until she moves out of the house, or wait until you move somewhere else so it's not relevant to the neighborhood or whatever. do you have your own family? you probably just want her because you can't have her, which i guess is fine but after you get with her you might not care anymore. it also sounds like you just like her in a sexual way not like you actually like her personality or whatever. the dad might get really mad too... so that's why you should wait until she's out of the house. if you're sooooo convinced that she wants you, then make your move and have sex with her, but she might get emotionally attached which would suck for you. just play your cards right.

You are in trouble. Just because she is beautiful you are risking this? Why? What is the point? If someone was like that with me, I'd ignore them or move. I can't believe a 33 year old doesn't know any better.

Well.. personally I say if you want to explore it do it. Who cares about how it looks. If nothing happened when she was underage then nothing happened period... there is nothing you can do about it now ya know. good luck
