Not sure why you lumped the three together, but here goes:
1. Aliens: Hard to believe we are the only life forms in the universe.
2. Ghosts: I believe I saw the ghost of my grandmother not long after she died, but it is conceivable that this was imagination.
3. Spirits: I believe they exist, certainly, but I'm not sure anyone can see them, except as ghosts. I had a hug from a spirit bear in Yosemite Park, but again, conceivably imagination.

As far as ghosts and spirits I am a firm believer of them but as for aliens I am not sire. I would like to think that there are other life forms out there but in reality if they are smart they would never come here. The human race would try to kill them the minute they flew near our planet because of fear. To bad we could possibly meet some really cool ones. LoL

The probability that we are alone in the universe is so small the belief in aliens (not necessarily intelligent beings but extra-terrestrial lifeforms) is a safe assuption. Ghosts and spirits, got me.
