I was trying to hook up by phone to a bluetooth on my comp. and I needed my sim pin. I tried unlocking it on my phone in my manuel it said the code to unlock it should be 1234 or 000000. I tried both and neighter worked. Then my phone locked up and tried them numbers and it's still locked. It said in the book my service provider may have changed it to the last 4 digets to my phone number but still doesn't work. Please help..... And if it helps it's a Razr

You fried your SIM card. Call your cell phone provider, either Cingular or T-Mobile & have them get you a new one. If you can't wait to have it shipped overnight, go to their store & buy one. It'll cost you about $25 or more if the price has gone up in the last 2 years. I used to work for AT&T Wireless & the SIM cards on the GSM phones were a big issue. Some stores will give you the SIM card free. Others will charge. It all depends on the store employee(s) you deal with.

This is a serious misuse of ur phone. u are not supposed to lock ur sim. The mobile service providers must have given a manual with the SIM card. Read it and call the number of their service station and ask them for the code.

you need to call ur costumer service and they have the number its not a general 1234 its an idividual number ur cs has just call its usually free

try only four 0 like 0000 that is what unlocked mine.... or 1111 or 9999 your sim will say like2 tries left after that if it says enter puk code you have fried you sim and will have to buy a new one... call the company...
