hey not that much...but still it can be...if you take chemistry then u might know that water is made up of dipoles...that is oppositely charges particles....when a magnet is brought close to an electric field(dont know about magnets) the opposite charges are attracted to each other. You can even try this experiment at home...take a plastic comb and charge it by rubbing it on your head a few times....then open a tap and let the water run out but only a trickle. Now place the comb near to the trickle and see what happens!!
