It isn't complicated unless you allow it to be. Complications start with the person not the entire race.

Because people are just people, some want to be in control, some don't want to be controlled and some just want to live. Until people just want to live and be happy to just be alive and not want to control, have crazy wealth or be materialistic and can have compassion for everyone...it will always be this way. People are just different and want different things and don't always think of society as a whole but have selfish desires that inhibit the growth for all of mankind.
So I guess to sum of my beliefs is that there is too much selfishness and pride complicating things. Just my take on it.

Our race is complicated because we are constantly changing - evolving into something different that's why we are so hard to understand.

Because we are smart. Dolphins are supposed to be smarter and they are not really complicated so I guess I just don't know.

we are gifted to be able to experience life, love, and happiness. sometimes being complicated isnt a bad thing.
