According to the Guiness Book of World Records Marilyn Van Savant is the one considered to have highest IQ. To me, however, it just matters what you think smart is. Is it IQ or someone who has great knowledge of a certain subject? I believe in this case that knowledge and intelligence are different anyway. So, it is a matter of opinion.
