If it's also wet, it's called wet tail. Your local pet store should have some drops to give it. If you catch it in time, you can save it. I lost my last hamster by not catching it in time.

it may have wet tail, whitch sadly kills the hamster, is the tail wet and does it look like its producing alot of diarriah, if so thats probably what it is and the best thing to do is have it humanly euthanised, then clean all ur stuff really well and get a new one, otherwise take it to the vet and see what they say. im sure that this is not what u want to hear but hamsters do get illnesses.

i have to say. i think its a male. wet tail doesnt make it red and huge. my hammy has wettail right now and no big and pink anything back there. just wet wet and unhappy hammy.
honestly. hamsters have huge testicles. i wont own a male bc when u hold it you can feel em on your hand. ITS SOOOO CREEPY.

It's a boy hamster, they have huge balls but if you are concerned take him to the vet

Does it suffer from haemoroids(piles to you)! take the little hamster to the vets and he can tell you.

It's a wet behind.. take it to the vet.. I did some research on it.. Do it now or it will dehydrate and it could die.

it might be one of several things. a serious medical problem. in which case you should take it to the vet. as soon as possible. or if its a female it might be in heat. or it might already be pregnant.....good luck.......
