Once you have been hurt it is hard to let that guard down again, dont put so much pressure on yourself. Let it happen naturally, if you dont feel it dont press the issue with yourself. Let friendships grow....we all have to start off as friends anyhow, go off of those feelings, maybe you need counseling, nothing wrong with that sweetie. It will happen, just dont rush it and dont put so much on yourself!

I am 42 years old and i have recently gotten married. I never thought I could trust or even love. I dont say again because I stopped loving and built that wall at about 20 years old. I went through alot of pain and almost lost my husband because of these walls but what I did is I took a month all by myself and perged everybad feeling and hatred out of my heart I asked God to please let me love without screwing it up. I love this man and when you find your true love you'll know its time to let all that junk go.

We all love, get burn, but we learn from it. We learn from one relationship, to know how to handle another one better. But you can't carry the past on your back. You have to let go of the past, and walk toward the future.
You get that sick feeling, cause you are scare it would repeat itself. Can't crawl into a corner, and stay forever. You have to be strong enuf, to face whatever happens. If not, then you might as well be single.

You need to reassure yourself about you. Kindly use any technique or method including visiting a counsellor to get back to reality.
There would be many young hearts falling for you.

JUST GO INTO THE RELATIONSHIP WITH AN OPEN HEART AND LEAVE THE PAST BEHIND YOU AND START ALLOWING YOURSELF TO LET OTHERS IN AND STOP COMPARING THEM TO THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE HURT YOU IN THE PAST
