Hades.

Hades is the brother of Zeus. After the overthow of their Father Cronus he drew lots with Zeus and Poseidon, another brother, for shares of the world. He had the worst draw and was made lord of the underworld, ruling over the dead. He is a greedy god who is greatly concerned with increasing his subjects. Those whose calling increase the number of dead are seen favorably. The Erinnyes are welcomed guests. He is exceedingly disinclined to allow any of his subjects leave.

He is also the god of wealth, due to the precious metals mined from the earth. He has a helmet that makes him invisable. He rarely leaves the underworld. He is unpitying and terrible, but not capricious. His wife is Persephone whom Hades abducted. He is the King of the dead but, death itself is another god, Thanatos.

Artemis, Goddess of the Moon. For some reason, I'm drawn to the moon. I love nothing more than to stand in my yard and watch it move across the sky. There's just something about the phases too, the continuity of the moon, that I can't explain. There's something magical about the moon, even more mysterious than how or why it moves the tides. I can't explain my attraction, I just know I feel connected to the moon and its magic.

I'd be Sekhmet, Anubis, or Medusa. Sekhmet held the destructive power of the Sun. Anubis, the jackal-headed God, was the judge of all those passing to the underworld. Medusa was just plain cool, with snakes for hair and that deadly gaze.

Oh, I'd DEFINITELY want to be the goddess Kali. Woooooo! She was the absolute bomb, I mean IS the absolute bomb. Sorry, Mother Kali.

Iktomi -- the Native American trickster/spider.

Sure, he plays second fiddle to Coyote in many stories, but he's also responsible for weaving the alphabet in his web, creating communication. A wonderful thing for a writer.

Sri Lakshmi! She's the Hindu Goddess of Wealth and Prosperity and Spiritual Abilities. She's totally awesome, and if I were an embodiment of her then I would bestow my blessings on all of my friends and those in need! Plus she's incredibly beautiful...

Probably the muse Euterpe, she inspires music. Not really sure why her, or that muse in particular, but music is timeless and anyone can enjoy it. I'd take pleasure in causing beauty like that.
