Every woman ovulates at a different time. Buy an ovulation test kit from the supermarket or pharmacy - they are sold along side the pregnancy tests. Women ovulate around 14 after there period - b ut thats just women who have a 28 day cycle. you might need to do the test a over a few days to work it out. Good luck

When you ovulate, the egg will stay available for 12-24 hours, so time of day really doesn't make a difference.
Also, sperm can live in you for 3-5 days, so you can conceive even if you didn;t have sex exactly on your ovulation day.

Every woman is different and unfortunately there is no one answer for this. To best know when you will ovulate, try using an ovualtion calculator:
http://wish2conceive.com/ovulationcalculator.htm
or pushcase some ovulation tests from your local drugstore.

The same as in the winter--whenever an egg follicle is mature.
