Depends. It will be hot and humid, there could be rain from time to time (usually in the afternoon and brief), and there will be crowds, but it is still possible to have an enjoyable time. Your outlook and attitude are more important than anything. If you are easily annoyed or intolerant of hot weather, perhaps a time later in the fall would be better.

Of course you can. Just keep in mind that it will still be very muggy (humid) and hot. Just plan for the weather and all the kids who will still be on summer break. I just returned and had a terrific time! You just have to know how to beat the heat and work around the crowds.
Here are a few suggestions:

*Wear cool, breathable clothes that can dry quickly if they get wet
*Drink plenty of water (take a water bottle in with you and fill it up throughout the day)
*If you don't mind missing a parade or fireworks show, this is the best time to catch a ride. Lines dissapear because everyone leaves to see the parades or shows. You'll walk right on to your favorite attractions
*make dining reservations in advance
*keep a wet washcloth in a zip-lock bag while at the parks to cool yourself off throughout the day or carry a personal water-fan

Of course you can. I can anyway... I'm from New Hampshire, and not used to the heat, but I always book my WDW vacations for early August because that's just most convenient for me. And I actually love the temperature and weather during that time. I've been in November, and other than that, in August. This year I'm going August 1st through the 15th. I can't wait!

* I've never had problem with rain. People say it rains about everyday. We went during the hurricanes last year, and it rained for an hour the last Saturday we were there.

Orlando weather in July and Aug.
Hot and humid
2 PM- downpour
2:20- rain stops
2:30- streets dry

OK, so it's not quite that bad. We kept this schedule: (We stayed just off-Disney)
Got up early, had breakfast and got to the park when the gates opened. We stayed until around 1PM, went back to our room, ate, slept, swam. Returned to the park around 6PM and closed her down. After the parades, the place really thins out and you can ride a lot if they're open late. Enjoy!

I live here. It's VERY HOT and rains just about everyday, the good news is the rain passes pretty quick and dries up unless it's a hurricane, which is unpredictable for this time of year. The bad thing is after the rain it's usually humid. yuck. Oct or Nov whould be a better time to visit.

It is VERY hot & humid. You have to make sure you stay hydrated by drinking PLENTY of water. I always tell everyone to take their time in the parks (to enjoy what they see, rather than race past so many wonderful things to get to that major ride), This is especially important in the hot summer. Make sure to wear lots of sunscreen (bring some to the park with you so you can reapply-you will need to because of sweating)

Hope you have a great time!

Eh, we did years ago when I was younger. Only thing was it must have rained about once a day so we kept having to dodge into a gift shop, but that was then.

weather condition is proabbly bearable, but the people (or tourists) will probably make it a living nightmare since it is summer vacation time

No you can't, it was too hot at the beginning of March. The end of July will be unbearable, too hot too humid.
