How come in other countries, female nudity is more acceptable in society and movies than the US?

exciting question. i imagine it has lots to do with subculture. The western subculture seems to frown on an excellent style of those issues even as different cultures do not complication in any respect. seem on the natives in an excellent style of the jungles of the international. Why females would nicely be bare in a movie i imagine is because the female body is helpful to seem at and absolutely will quit any guy in his tracks, that brings in money. both best sellers interior the international are nutrition and sex. I see not something offensive with seeing a females breast feeding. It become not in any respect a situation many years in the past even if the international seems to have gone slightly loopy, with to a lot human rights themes and freedom of speech. Kowhai

it is because of society. The US views things like that as porn. Thats like asking what makes a cuss word a cuss word..... Society! I mean really if you really want to find out how things orignated just try looking up the real meanings. I know I am going a little off track here but to prove a point on how it is society just take the "f" word. It orignated in Englang when there was a decrease in population and there were signs put up that read fornicat under comand of king.....in essance look at it they took the first letters and had the "F" word. Just look it up and see for yourself. That is just how our society is they take positives and turn them into something dirty.

I don't know. Here, if a woman has a top off, she is fined $500 for public indecency but when I went to French beach (a public beach), a woman had her top off and was playing tennis with her boyfriend. It was a bit appalling at first but as I went on more and more beaches in Europe, I got used to it and soon I barely blinked an eye at the partial nudity. In Europe, the body is beautiful, it is art. In America, the body is to be censored and it's preached as slutty or whoreish to show your body even if your intentions aren't sexual like that couple that I saw.

I wish America wasn't so anal about things. I think we'd be a lot better off.

They have lower moral standards than we do. Look how so many of them accept men having affairs. In some countries, it is pretty much expected the husband will cheat on his wife and that is supposed to be ok.

i think we have a very unhealthy view of nudity in this country,our society objectifies women for advertising, financial gain,its why the porn industry is a muti billion dollar cashcow,weve taken the most beautiful thing known to man," the female form",and made it dirty,how crazy is that no wonder girls dont know how to dress,act.men dont know how to treat women becuse of it either,women use it as a weapon,men use it as a material asset

Because we are taught that our bodies are nasty, and we are ignorant, narrow minded, and mostly stupid. The movie industry is governed by the government, and if they want to continue making movies they have to go by what the government says.The government is influenced by the churches. It's a game they all play so that they can control us like cattle in the field.
