Go to a simple clothing store and try on the same article of clothing in various sizes to determine which fits best.

Ask in a dress shop they can messure you for free just look like you are intrested in a couple of dresses.

If you would like a portfolio site please contact me and I will set you on up for free.

examples of work can be provided on request. just message me here if you want, i am a professional website designer but have lots of free time (and enough money) so i am currently doing free sites for small bands, small artist etc, basically anyone who could not afford them otherwise.

You can find measurements for different sizes online. Or go to a store and try different things on (a nice store). Usually, you take measurements at bust, waist, hips, inseam, rise, etc. Just try google.
