I think there are two ways to look at it:
1) MYTH: If you are a large man, your private part will look 'smaller' (but not small) by contrast to your body.
2) REALITY: When you are fat, a lot of fat is accumulated in the pubic area, which gobbles up a significant part of your penis. So, if you can shed that xtra fat, your visible penis will look larger.

Why does some skinny women have cornflakes for boobs. Skinny men have might have big parts but very small brains. Why is it always big people do this or do that. Why is it big people get blame more for stupid crap.

They will just look bigger. Cuz if you have this big fat guy, he looks huge so it's gonna make his privates look smaller. That's probably why they say that.

No it stays the same.All the fluids and flesh not skin go to body.Like my brother he ask why are my private parts so small!?That is nasty.Thats human science.
