The Ancient Egypians built the pyramids, helped by paid conscripts from numerous Egyptian villages. Honesty, slave labor is not responsible for 100% of the pyramid building taking place in Ancient Egypt during the pyramid-building dynasties. Possible and quite provable techniques for pyramid building are currently being explored, though it's very likely that a system of ramps were used, along with things like good old fashioned geometry. The ramps I spoke of were most likely made from th every debris produced while leveling the foundations for the pyramids themselves, and even today, the is evidence of large volumes of earth being moved, by hand (and cattle-cart).
Also I find it strange that ancient monuments built in the Americas and various parts of Africa (Black and Arab Africa) are often attributed to aliens, while European monuments may also be attributed to aliens, but usually not as intensely. Not to stir anything racially offensive into the mix here, but isn't it entirely possible that maybe aliens (including Greeks, who were alien, at least to Egypt) had nothing to do with the building of the pyramids, but that a whole lot of onion-eating brown skinned people simply did it by themselves, especially since the ancient Egyptians had a very profound awareness of geometrical and mathematical principles already? And if aliens really did help build the pyramids, then why didn't they also introduce something like oral hygeine, because it's also an established fact that the Ancient Egypians died, in HUGE numbers of such things as blood poisoning from dental abcesses. Again, this isn't discounting the possibility of some form of non-human intervention in pyramid building, but just a question as to why pyramids are viewed as beyond human comprehension, when equally large, though not as spectacular developments in Europe are NOT taken as signs of alien and/or divine intervention. The Egyptians didn't smelt Iron, but various northern European groups did...surely the smelting of iron is as HUGE an itellectual leap among primates such as us that could ONLY have come about through a bunch of aliens flying around in arrohead-shaped spaceships saying: "Hey guys, do this." Which might also explain the dominance of European-based culture around the entire globe today, because the facts indicate that Euopeans, like every NON-European group were just as busy fighting each other and being conquered and unconqurered and reconquered, all while some of themselves spent time painting themselves blue...and yet European culture spread around the globe. Surely humans couldn't be clever enough to do THAT, right?
(and as for a comment above, about demonic giants helping to build the pyramids, based on examples of Ancient Egyptian art.) It's a known fact that though nearly all of the ancient Egyptian dynasties, higher ranking people were always drawn/painter LARGER than normal people, just as women were painted lighter than men, and rulers associated with Osiris in some way were usually painted green...since green was considered a representation of fertility...which in a weird way might be why today green M&Ms have their particular reputation among some groups of schoolkids...but THAT...is too great a digression from the topic at hand.

the pyramid is thought to have been symbolic... the originals from the old kingdom were built like giant steps. the idea was that the Pharaoh was a god.. and that in his death the pyramid would provide him a stairway to heaven.. well in the same sense at least. A king without a pyramid was simply losing an opportunity to live in eternity. Some believe that the Egyptians were helped by aliens.... mainly because the engineering of the pyramids are so complex.. more then you would think..... actually the center of the pyramid served as a very effective barrier to the aging process of bodies... actually the best preserved mummy comes from china... whose tomb was even better designed... in this tomb there was evidence that the ancient Chinese stored crops there... how so? they found incredibly well preserved crops in the tomb with the princess... or queen. So well preserved that 1 archaeologist said they could have eaten them... though i highly doubt that. though i must remind you that the ancients were very very advanced... however most of their technology was lost when ceaser burned the great library in Egypt... and again when Rome fell into chaos.... in both instances mass information and technology was lost....only to be mostly rediscovered technologies after wards... now the question to ask is.. what the hell was in the great library b4 it was burned to the ground????

All I know is that no alien helped ancient Egyptians to draw on the walls: those Egyptians couldn't even draw perspective.
I think that ancient Egyptians "used" myriads of poor slaves in order to build their arrogant pyramids.

Well, the Egyptians DID receive help by several!
Among them, the head Architects and Engineers were aliens, but not from another world, but across the sea of Egypt, the Greeks!
There are pyramids in Greece and other areas older than those of Egypt! We are wondering, why Greeks were making such structures?

What about the nearby graves they have found nearby that had carpentry tools, etc.? Or did the aliens annihilate a village so that they can use their land? Humans built the pyramids. The question should be, "Did aliens oversee the construction of the pyramids?"

Not by aliens but demons, the children of the Nephilim. The Nephilim were giants. Look at the Egyptian drawings, the slaves are always painted smaller than their masters.

Its possible but until some physical proof that they did comes up like a spaceship being burried in the unopened chamber below the main pyramid it is just a theory.

No. They were helped by Hebrew slaves. Now, about 2 million people in the world are descended from those slaves. Should they ask for reparations?

This is such a fascinating question to ponder. You need to read Eric Von Daniken's books about this subject. Start at his website for information. http://www.daniken.com/e/index.html
