Do each states travel website and ask for information about it and you should get a map. I did for nevada and got a state map.

Just get on the individual state's websites and request one. They'll send it for free.

call the tourism board of every state they will send you 1

mapquest.com , click on maps, then only put in the state, then click go

Mapquest is probably the best bet. Also there is http://nationalatlas.gov
