If you watch some of the documentaries on this movie in the DVD, what Trey Parker and Matt Stone WANTED to do was a scene by scene remake of "Armageddon", using marionettes (puppets). When they couldnt get greenlighted to make THAT movie, they made "Team America".
So the spoofs in "Team America" are all Jerry Bruckheimer movies: Con-Air, Armageddon, etc.

It would take a long time to spot every spoof, not just on movies, but on all the people ... sit back and enjoy the film.
