Mohammad is a decent replacement. It gives the Pistons a lot of cap space to make another key signing. Ben got a 4 year 60 million dollar deal I believe...and I dont think he is worth 15 million a year. He does not have much offensive ability, his hand will be wrapped tight the rest of his career because his wrist dislocates, and he is approaching his mid 30s, so he will begin the downside of his recent success. Mohammad was a good pick up because he probably learned a lot from Popovich, and if the Pistons pick up another good player, say Bonzi Wells, Ben Wallace leaving may not matter much. Especially because the PIstons still have great defenders in Billups, Prince, and Rasheed all of whom made the All-Defensive teams or had votes.

yeah muhammoad is no big ben but if the pistons can get some decent depth on the bench other than mcdyse and aging hunter they should be able to make a run

without big ben the pistons will fall apart. rasheed is good offensively, but pistons need some one defensively, Ben is back to back defensive player of the year. remember, offense is good, but defense win games. and there is no bettet defensive player the Ben wallace
