there is a girl i know and a guy. and one is older than the other! it is aginst the law, but if both parents ok it. will they both get in troubal with the law still? or have to stil go to jail?

Doesnt matter what the parents say, they can not change the laws, yes you can go to jail, and have to register as a sex offender, happened to a friend of mine, not worth it trust me!

As long as there is no sex involved I think that it would be O.K. But, I could be wrong that might not be acceptable in any state. I would not want my son or daughter involved in anything like that.

its hard to say......i know in louisiana its still considered rape regardless who approves...the stat can press charges

there is no trouble-imean no trouble unless u dnt have sex but have dating with yourselves.
