No, there's no way around it unfortunately.
It's just to make sure you have no corrections you wanna fix before you do submit it...cause, otherwise, a lot of people will start hitting the edit button on their answers.
I Normally just submit it twice without looking, and if i notice a screwup, i'll just edit it anyways if there's somethin i forgot to add, or i just sound dyslexic with spelling errors all over the place lol =)

Just because the 'Preview' page appears does not mean that you actually must preview what you've typed. You are allowed to simply click the 'Submit' button to post your masterpiece without re-reading what you've typed and correcting your errors.
The 'Preview' page exists to allow those who care about correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, word choices and presentation of ideas to double-check what we've typed and to correct ourselves.
