What's the word for those Americans that are just ignorant or whatever and sues for no reason, fights for no reason. What the word(s)?!?!

Are you trying to spin the statement into what you think the Conservatives have some how created this massive injustice. The press has done a number on you.
The Left has put on a pedestal JFK by today's standards he would be even further to the right than Bush. Just look at his inaugural address Ask not what your country can do for you ask what you can do for your country.
Go out get a good education then start being productive. Some of the wealth you create will come back to you.

I believe that people are people and it is the lawyers who have made it easier for people to sue for no reason. However if they sue and have no reason than there is no case. Fights because they are pent up with anger from whatever cause in their life. The people of today are so angry and so ready to get into a fight, they don't care.
I think it's is world wide, not just here.
I think the devil and his demons had a convention and they have decided that we can not be controlled from being Christians, but they can stuff us full of videos, tv, anger and hatred of our fellow man, with the guns, the violence, the gangs, and etc....we don't think about God.
I think if you want to call them something, try sorry for, they are dealing with their own demons, not yours...

In every culture there are people that are ignorant and feels that the world owes them. It probably comes in America from a feeling of superiority and America is superior in many things but America also closes its eyes to many things from other nations. Americans disregard culture as during their short history they haven't developed one as sophisticated as some Oriental Countries. But you have to look around too, Haiti was in political turmoil, several countries in Africa engaged in genocide, the problems of Sri Lanka, about a third of the population of Cambodia was slaughtered by Cambodians, the hotel bombing in Bali, the bombing in India. US bashing is fine as long as you keep the perspective. Is the US the only insensitive nation?

Why do you want to know that? I'm an American and I'm not ignorant and I certaintly don't sue anybody or fight for no reason.
There's only a small percentage of people that are like that.
Besides, I don't think people that's not an American or has never spent a lot of time here has any right to generalize us like that.

If you're talking about the people who are other than what they are, then I tend to agree that otherwise they would be someone else, and that would totally change what they are.
But if you are talking about the ones who are what they seem to be, then I'd have to take exception because being what you are is entirely different from being otherwise.
Having said that and having indicated a choice, I think that most of the people who are what they seem to be are often other than what their appearance seems to indicate.

Of course, there is no one word which describes a jerk who is an American, rather than just a jerk. There are people who vex others for whatever reason in every country in this world, and I deny that they are disproportionately American. If you think they are, show me the specifics.

I'd call them greedy opportunists that seek to gain wealth at the expense and sorrow of other's misfortunes. All this to their own moral demise!
These people that you're talking about? If they continue in this way, their conscience will become "seared with a hot iron" so they no longer know right from wrong.

as I would call any person from any nation.
uneducated = ignorant.
sues for no reason = abusive of the court system
