There is no way to know. Most babies have their final eye color by 6 months, and almost all by one year. But there are exceptions--sometimes a baby's eyes change color after the first birthday. Also, eyes can change shade between related colors (like shades of blue and/or gray) even in adulthood.

It might be the permanent color, but probably not. From what I've heard it's pretty unusual for a baby's eyes to be the permanent color before about 3 months, and 6 months is more typical. The color will also probably change in intensity until he is at least a year old.

It might be, but most babies are born with blue or gray eyes that change within 6 to 14 months of age. Or they may stay blue the rest of his life. My sons are Navajo/White mix and one have the bluest eyes and the other has green. My husband though his eyes are dark dark brown. So it just depends.

You wont know untill your baby is about a year old. Then his eye color will be more likely to stay what ever it is at that time.

somewhat one's eyes won't be able to get a lot less coloration, yet it really is not a similar as 'lighter'. in reality that signifies that if somewhat one is born with brown eyes (difficulty-free for non-caucasian children) they could't get a lot less brown, yet in the journey that they are born with the darkish slate eyes (frequently a lack of pigmentation) that are so difficulty-free for caucasian children they could get extra mild colored pigment in the journey that they're going to teach blue, gray or eco-friendly. my own son is 8.5 months previous, or perhaps as his eye coloration isn't thoroughly settles yet it would not seem probably they're going to turn brown after having develop into this variety of mild greyish blue. His eyes actual frequently appear like my and my dad's eyes, it quite is unpredicted because all my husband's relatives have brown eyes.

Possibly, you can't really tell for sure, until the baby is around 7 months to a year..
