it was okay and not okay. it was okay because i spend it with my family and had some good food. the reason not being okay is that it was first fourth of july without my mother who passed away after christmas and top it all of when i went back home i had to finish up a speech on road rage.

It started ok. Then at my sisters, we heard the tornado sirens going off. Kids were hysterical. Then after that was all over, thankfully there were no tornadoes, we had our meal. It was really good, a good variety of stuff to choose from.
Then we sat at the table reminiscing about old times, like stuff that happened when we were kids, and how we used to terrorize our grandparents, and our parents. Then our mom started saying what my auntie (her twin) used to do. It was pretty nice.
Then after all that, we went to see some fireworks. Again it was awesome.

I blew a gaping hole in my storage building (with an artillery shell) that I use to store gas, yard equipment, and uh... oh yeah, other fireworks. Luckily, nothing else ignited, but I still 'bout pissed myself.

Pretty lame. I slept in until noon and then went over to my sister's house for a barbeque....but it ended up raining. So we had to have an indoor barbeque.
