buy a leave in conditioner. it comes in a spray bottle, it works well for really dry hair.

if you're desperate and really want to be beautiful I suggest going to Smart Style Salon inside Walmart's and buying Sabestian hair care products. they are the very best, cost is from 12.00 to 20.00 shampoo, conditioner, mousse, they got it all...don't use shampoo full strength if you have dry hair...use half water and half shampoo, in small bottle mix this up shake well, use just a little and drink lots of water, also check out virgin coconut oil, sold at health food stores for round ten bucks...take a teaspoon two times a day and in a week you will have beautiful skin and hair....and read up on it's benefits you will be so surprised! luck...

Your hair needs a protein hair restorer. Contact a hair stylist or a beauty supply place that you trust and ask for advice. I have found that Nexus and Redkin products work for me when I over process my hair.

DEEP CONDITION...ur hair is very damaged! did u do this yourself? trimming it will help some...
