Both New Zealand and the UK have them. Often they offer some choices and there has been a distinct move towards healthier options in the last year since Jamie Oliver started his campaign for better standards in the UK.

When you consider that there are numerous, many individuals in the market that wish to especially target the Obama ladies. Most different children, no person knows or care about them personally. They're, sure, in risk from random killers. However, with out those guards, the Obama women would have already been killed or kidnapped even as at college. Which, is not a just right factor for our country. Go back and watch episodes of the "The West Wing" where the president's daughter is kidnapped. Despite the left-slant of the show, these episodes must the fallout of such an event. And matters ended well, so the fallout was so much less critical than it might be.

Yes some schools in Canada have breakfast/lunch programs.
For the most part they are OK.
I guess if they're hungry, they'll eat. I know my kids are fussy and don't always eat at school, but the food isn't bad.

Hello, I am from Singapore.
I do not know if what I'm about to answer is relevant but I'll try my best.
In Singapore, the Primary and Secondary schools are given lunch breaks (45 mins more or less) where students are generally free to consume.
There are no such thing as restrictions on what we eat.You can have 10 plates for fries as long as you have cash.
But on the downside for obese children, they are forced to attend T.A.F (Trim And Fit) club where they are forced to sweat their fats out. =P
Its kind of ironic for the club to be called TAF and reading it backwards means FAT.
So far,I do not have any dislike on what the vendors sell.Even if I do, I can always avoid it.
Now I am in tertiary education,Polytechnic.Very much similar to Colleges or High School in U.S I assume.
We are given 1 hr intervals to eat at any food court. 6 food courts to be exact including McDonalds,KFC and Pizza Hut.
Just like primary and secondary schools, we are allowed to consume anything without being hounded by TAF club.
Hopefully my answer is sufficient and relevant!

They have breakfast programs in Oz. Not in all schools, I'm sure, but definitely in some.
