my bf does that ALL THE TIME!!! lol i think it is bcuz they figure that when they kiss u , we'll 4get that we're arguin with them and they'll be off the hook. its a way to distract us that DOESN'T WORK... lol. jus makes it worse for them actually

This guy may actually enjoy that type of attention. Although I don't know him personally, I believe that as a young boy the only attention he received may have been negative (scolding) from his parents. He sounds like an appeaser, someone who would rather ask forgiveness than permission. This also means that the marginal propensity for him to be unfaithful is rather high, since his standard operating procedure is to do and then apologize. You need to decide if you would prefer someone who respects you upfront or someone who tries to make up for mistakes after the fact. Although all people make mistakes, this guy seems like his strength in relationships revolves around rectification rather than prevention. As for the girl, she seems very controlling, as if she prefers that type of attention. I think he stays with her because their relationship reminds him of the only way he's ever known favor...appeasing the wrath of his mother.

You know how alot of guys think about one thing? Well they think that if they kiss you while your mad then you'll forgive them and if you have a sexual relationship they'll get some action, if your relationship isnt sexual then its just cuz they think it will make you forgive them.

How can you be mad at a guy if he cares for you ??? Please don't be mad at a person who loves you and overlook the silly mistakes.

Because they equate power with sexual domination. I wouldn't put up with that for one second. It's demeaning and manipulative.
