how many stamps do i need to put on a birth announcement to mail it from ohio to ontario canada?

it's not heavy, it's a birth announcement that weighs the same as an average letter

According to the USPS calculator, a letter to Canada costs 63 cents, so that would be 2 stamps.

u have to weigh it at the post office if its heavy .. or just ask at the post ofice.
