You may want to try Vitamin C 1000mg a day. My bf smokes and my doctor said the Vitamin would make his sperm more aggressive.

First of all, I hope a 33 year old man isn't trying to get a *girl* pregnant. It's disgusting and illegal.

How many women have you tried to get pregnant? If it's only this one, then there's no way to know if the reason she isn't getting pregnant has something to do with her fertility, yours, or the two of you together (each of these 3 possibilities has about the same chance).

First thing, if you want to improve your chances is for *both* of you to give up bad habits like drinking, smoking, drugs, etc. It usually only makes a *small* difference, but sometimes that's all it takes.

Next, if you wear tight underwear or pants, change your style. The reason the testicles are outside the body cavity is that sperm production requires a temperatures slightly cooler than human body temperature. If you take really hot showers or baths, switch to warm. And don't spend time in very hot environments.

Then you have to wait. It can take up to 2 1/2 months to produce individual sperm, so don't *necessarily* expect results before that time.

Failing that, get a sperm count. It is the least invasive test for fertility, and it will pretty much let you know if infertility is something to do with you.

At the same time, you and she should read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It will explain female fertility and tell you how to increase your chances of conceiving. If she isn't fertile, it may tell you why, and, even if not, it can save a lot of time, money, and discomfort if she *does* need fertility treatment.

Just one more comment...your question indicates that you are a man... In this case, I would *not* suggest you go to an OB/GYN; the doctor would really look at you funny!! This goes for many of the other suggestions others have made, too...

Good luck!!

go to ur ob/gyn and have him give u a pelvic exam, take a pap smear and ultrasound
if he refers u to a fertility specialist they will perform blood tests for different hormones and probably a hysterosalpingogram ( a test that shows the condition of ur tubes and uterus ). additional tests may also follow.
of course, before all ur tests, they will have ur partner have a semen analysis
but dont freak out !!! sometimes getting pregnant takes some time and chances are there's probably nothing wrong with you
i have a cousin who couldnt conceive for 6 years and now she has twins, with no fertility drugs or ivf
good luck

you sound like me. I thought I 'd never have children. I was trying to hard for one. And, My period was not every month. I would skip a month or two and I think that made it hard to. Just relax and have fun making love to your love one. It will happen and I know I think I d never have any children and now I have a 5 yr. old. I have tried 3 yrs. after marriage. But good luck! Take folic acid that helps get pregnant.

Well, go to google and search for an ovulation calculator, then have sex on those days, and 3 days before your most fertile day, and if you can't find a ovulation calender it's usually a week or two before your period i've heard that if you put an ice cube in the woman and then masturbate and put it in when you're about to reach climax.

Go and see a doctor and have tests done so you know exactly what the problem is - it might not be entirely your problem. With guys low sperm count can be a big problem - if that is your problem you will probably need to go down the IVF route.
