I am 68 yr. old . Since last 4 yrs my B. P remains as given above .Blood cholestrol and other parameters are normal .I do not take any medication for this . My health otherwise is quite allright except for problem of prostrate . My urination frequency is more and dribbling also takes place . I do not take any medication for this also .

have you had your prostate checked? Dribbling urine would suggest an enlarged prostate. Regarding your blood pressure, your bottom number is quite alright, but the higher number is a bit on the high side. Exercise and change of diet might be an option for you. stay away from the sodium. so any prepackaged foods, such as t.v. dinners and potato chips, that sort of thing. good luck with your health.

Lower your salt intake if it is high, exercise, if you are overweight loose weight, avoid caffeine tobacco alcohol. If this does not fix the problem consider going on medication. See a Dr. about the prostrate problem.

Go to the doctor and ask for a PSA blood test. Also systolic is a little high. Doctors want BP to be 120/80.

You should probably be taking medication for both your blood pressure and your prostrate.

do not have spicy foods,that will increase the B.P.then the urination is by means of the accumulation of salt in the body.
