hi i love dark shadows i started watching it on tv in 1966 i would run home from school to make sure i would see the show, does anyone else have fond memories, and does anyone no of new ds links for themes and books and stuff? thanks

This question brought back some memories. I too ran home from school to watch the show. Considering the popularity of some of todays soap's and programs like Charmed which have a
"dark"side maybe reruns of Dark Shadows might be possible!
I don't remember if Barnabus was cured by Dr. Julia, was he?

Dark Shadow TV show was watch by millions. And what hurt the dark shadow tv series was its time slot and when they decided to put it on at a time when it could be watched by millions more they had to many other shows on that took away millions of viewer. Dark Shadow was a very very unique show for a soap opera. that really kept up up at nights lol talking about it lol. and sorry to all of those that may never in their life time know what you are talking about lol.

Yes I remember it and I loved it! Watched it every day after school-tried taping the series when it went on Sci Fi channel but never got it all (on vhs). Am looking for it on dvd. Great show even though it's funny to see all the bloopers.

The action picture is a comedy. i do not comprehend why Tim Burton chosen to call it "darkish Shadows" and performance a number of the unique characters if he wasn't going to be trustworthy to the unique teach. .

I remember this!! It was a great show-I would run home to watch it after school too! Barnabas Collnis & Cassandra -I thought he was a very realistic vampire!

Wow, I haven't thought about that show forever! I liked it, I'm a bit younger so I caught the reruns, but it used to be on late nights on the weekends ...don't know of any links though, sorry! :)

that show was really creepy. the lighting and everything on the set gave me an unsettled feeling. Who was the vampire dude...Barnabas?

i loved the opening credits with the wavey words over the ocean and the errie music and barnabis himself he was a cool vamp
