None - they have at least in the past - AWFUL support. Plus, NEVER buy a laptop with a warranty of less than 3 years. Again, unless they've changed, if you don't register it, your warranty is a paltry 3 months. And if you do register, it's one year. Laptops can have problems - it's a tight squeeze getting all the electronics in that case and sometimes heat or accidentally dropping it can cause expensive damage. If the problem isn't OBVIOUSLY a negligence issue, warranties can cover you. Buy the 3 year warranty on a notebook from Dell, Gateway, or Lenovo. Or curse yourself in a year and a half when you get quoted $500 for replacing the mainboard on the laptop because it's no longer working - and Sony has had it two weeks before telling you - after you spent nearly a month trying to get it sent in for repair.

You really can't go wrong when you're dealing with Sony Vaio. I have their DVD media center desktop and it's awesome, and at work I have another desktop. My good friend has a Sony vaio lap top and says it's great so it depends on what you need it for. Have fun.

Not sure what this is, but it sounds audio, so I would first look at sites like PCMag.com and PCworld.com, enter it into any available search engine from there. Failing that I would visit the Sony site. USE SEARCH ENGINES
Google, Ask.com etc.

List what your looking for home, work, or school. Stick to one, go in more detail.
Home - home finance, pictures, video play, music, or games.
Work - let your work buy it and pick. does not belong to you.
School - what type? typing, ebooks? access to more material on the internet?
